Kareena Kapoor Zero Size Figure | Diet | Hot | Meals

Size zero figured actress Kareena Kapoor has worked very hard to get this zero figure. Her zero figure have motivated lots a women and men to workout and to be in good shape. Size zero usually means having a bust size of 31.5 inches | 23 inches waist and 32 inches hip and she maintained this sizes. It was Kareena's hard work to get this figure without any surgery or anything.

Kareena’s Workout Routine that she is following :
Workout for two hours on a daily basis.
Power yoga and cardio exercises.

Here’s a list of yoga asanas that she does in her routine:
  • Surya Namaskara (50 times)
  • Pranayama, (Bikram yoga also known as hot yoga)
  • Naukasana (for abs)
  • Bhujangasana (for back)
  • Kapalbharti (breathing exercise)
  • Parvatsana and Virabhadra (for arms and legs)


Kareena is purely vegetarian and her diet depends on day that how much she has to work on that day... After considering this her diet is decided. In morning she did not take tea or coffee she prefer milk or fruit juice. After every 3 hours she take something like light snacks e.g soya milk, nut , sandwich etc. 



In her lunch she use to take chapatis, dals which is good source of protiens with lot of green salad. she avoids rice or any fatty stuff. In her dinner she prefer chapatis , dal or soup with green salads. 





During the shooting of Raone in Las Vegas her diet was:
Morning: bananas, cereals and milk
Afternoon: a slice of cheese
Dinner: Pizzas, Pasta, Risotto and very little rice, Soups




Kareena’s Fitness Mantras to get this figure and and remain fit are:

1. Don’t start your day with tea or coffee. Nuts/fruits/milk can provide a healthy start to the day.
2. The diet should be in sync with the physical activity during the day. Eat more when the day is more active, less when less active.
3. Do not use tea/coffee/ cigarettes as a way to mask hunger.
4. You can indulge in your favourite foods but make sure you do not overeat and eat at the right time of the day.
5. Get done with dinner two hours prior to hitting the bed.
6. Eat many times during the day but keep the meals small and light.
7. It’s very important to have an orderly workout routine. Yoga is immensely helpful
